We collect personal data only through the contact form on this website. The data collected is:

• Full name
• Company name
• Email address
• Professional profile (Startup / Scale-up, SME, or Corporate / Listed company)
• Project brief (free text)
• Language of the site you used (en/fr), sent automatically with the form

Purpose: to respond to your business inquiry and assess whether a collaboration is relevant.

Legal basis (EU GDPR): Article 6(1)(b), processing necessary for the performance of pre-contractual steps at your request, and/or Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries.

Legal basis (Hong Kong PDPO): Data is collected for a directly related purpose that you would reasonably expect, as permitted under the PDPO.

We do not collect sensitive personal data. We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent.

This site uses:

• Strictly necessary storage: your cookie choice, stored in your browser. No consent required.
• Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd), only if you click "Accept": cookies _ga and _ga_* (lifetime up to 2 years), used to measure visits and pages viewed. IP addresses are anonymised. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)).
• Vercel Web Analytics: cookieless, aggregated audience measurement; no personal profile is created. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)).
