SERES Group is a B2B service company specialised in custom electromechanical products, operating across two pillars. The first is Product Development & Supply: covering the full cycle from feasibility study, design for manufacturing (DFM), prototyping, mass production, quality assurance and logistics, in ODM, JDM, OEM or value-added engineering models. The second is Industrial Alliances: supplier qualification, technology IP licensing, M&A advisory, market development, and cross-border industrial strategy between Europe and Asia.

We work with three types of clients. Startups and scale-ups that have a validated hardware prototype and need to move to serial production in Asia. SMEs that need to optimise their global supply chain without the overhead of a local subsidiary. And blue chip or listed industrial companies that need speed, flexibility and local execution on both continents without IP risk.

We adapt to the client's level of design ownership. ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) means SERES takes full design responsibility. JDM (Joint Design Manufacturing) means the design is co-developed between the client and SERES. Value-added engineering means SERES improves or adapts an existing client design for manufacturability. OEM means pure manufacturing execution based on the client's complete design. All four models are available across the EU-Asia supply chain.

Our European headquarters is in Brussels, Belgium, and our Asia headquarters is in TST, Hong Kong, with on-the-ground operations across Asia. This dual presence enables local support, sourcing, QC inspection, and project management on both continents.

As a pure service company with no own products, we have no competing agenda. We do not market or brand our own products, which eliminates the conflict of interest common in trading companies. We act as an intermediary that filters and distributes know-how under full confidentiality, ensuring there is no IP leakage to competitors or to the market.

We are multi-sector and have delivered projects in automotive, industrial printing, building and construction tools, e-mobility, home appliances, and mechatronics. The common thread is custom electromechanical products requiring EU-Asia industrial execution.

We operate a flexible, results-oriented revenue model. Fixed revenues cover costs (time-based service fees, lump-sum budgetary packages). Variable revenues define profit (commissioning and success bonuses, buy-sell gross margins, equity participation). The model is designed so that our financial success is directly tied to the client's project outcomes.
